Sometimes, I just don’t feel like reading, am sure you are the same? It’s really nice to watch things and take it all in that way, and it’s even nicer when its all about food!
Cooking shows are popular for a good reason. Because when seeing yummy looking food, we want to eat it!
When this DVD came across my desk, I immediately thought, wow, what a fantastic idea. To see professional chefs making things is motivational because it never really looks that difficult as everything is set out very neatly and in steps.
The Health Vegan caters to quite a few different ways of eating. Its for the Vegetarian, and of course the Vegan and there are a few lovely recipes for the Raw foodie as well.
Each recipe is completely documented from start to finish and the narration is very good, straight to the point directions and very easy to follow steps. If you have a DVD player in your kitchen you are going to love cooking along with it – you could even bring your laptop in the kitchen and watch and cook at the same time. You easily find any recipe you want you do not need to watch the whole thing although I would suggest you do the first time to figure out what things you want to make!

There are three different chefs on the DVD. I have found quite a few new recipes I am dying to to try out!
If anyone you know has been considering becoming vegan or vegetarian or even raw, this would make a fantastic gift for them.
