Final exams are here again and you’ve probably locked yourself in your room or a study cubby surrounded by books, notes, and junk food. There’s something very comforting (and convenient of course) about shoveling chips and candy into your mouth as you try to memorize historic dates, analyze poetry, and go over lectures you don’t remember ever attending. But putting a little bit of thought into what you eat can actually help your brain hold onto that information and keep you sane until your finals are over. Start with these eight foods and see if you don’t start feeling more alert, focused, and able to retain information.

Shocking and brillant testimony about the dangers of childhood vaccinations given to the United States government by concern citizens. On June 26, 2011 - these courageous (concerned) citizens came together in support of H1055 - a bill proposing to add "parent choice" to the options on whether your child should receive a vaccination or not. This is a human rights issue. We MUST raise awareness about this issue - watch this video NOW and SHARE IT with your friends and family - immediately! (thank you)

There’s so much to say about health. It’s easy to become completely confused, not knowing what to do or eat. But the reality is that if we follow our instincts and use some common sense, it’s pretty easy. One thing I always ask myself is “would I feed this to a child?”, if not then I probably shouldn’t eat it either… but I might still!

(NaturalNews) If vaccines play absolutely no role in the development of childhood autism, a claim made by many medical authorities today, then why are some of the most popular vaccines commonly administered to children demonstrably causing autism in animal primates? This is the question many people are now asking after a recent study conducted by scientists at theUniversity of Pittsburgh(UP) in Pennsylvania revealed that many of the infant monkeys given standard doses of childhood vaccines as part of the new research developed autism symptoms.

The importance of water in a healthy diet and serious fitness regimen can not be underestimated. It's an essential element in flushing toxins out of your body, aiding digestion and keeping hunger at bay. So keeping a reusable beverage bottle in your fitness arsenal is a must.  Selecting a bottle that is as durable and diverse as you is equally important.

I have a whole library of Yoga DVDS with teachers from all over the world. Yet, the truth is, I rarely do them! I find that they are either too long or too hard and I just put it aside as something I don't want to do. It's been very refreshing to come across Skips Naked Health Yoga DVD because its one that I can do every day and wont take long to complete.

In the past, menopause was a 'hidden' taboo topic with so much negativity associated with it. It was seen as a purely physical process linked with degeneration into old age and ill health.

If you’ve never taken a class online, you might soon. The benefits of online education are numerous, providing students a flexible and dynamic learning experience, and allowing colleges to conserve resources. However, all this (additional) time you’ll be spending online does have a downside. If not done properly, studying in front of a computer for hours on end can be detrimental to your health.
