When I made the commitments to change my life. I was compelled by a vision. The picture that I held in my mind of how I wanted to live my life, gave me the power and determination to excel.
It makes no sense to dabble through life without a clear image of the result you want. Once you make your vision of the future strong. It will become more precious than your past.
Once you use this process, you begin to create emotional connections. The mind has the great ability to advance in the direction in which you set upon yourself. Which is no surprise why nearly all successful indviduals first 'envisioned their success before achieving it.
How you reach your goal is in relation the the way you see yourself now, and how you see yourself in the future.. All that we own is creation of the great minds who had the power to visualize. And your level of physical transformation is part of that same process.

I did it 5 years ago when I lost 9 stone. And I do it to this day. Which helps me advance in creating my new physical attributes.
