Pina Colada: Alcohol-free and 100% delicious
I used to love throwing sweet juicy cocktails down my thristy gullet, but not since I became a living, breathing example of organic rejuvenation. There's no place in the Facelift Diet for skin-shrivelling booze!
But the sexiest thing is, you can make delicious 'mocktails' using yummy facelift foods, not only booze-free but rich in beauty nutrients.

Low Fat Health Pancakes
This recipe was inspired by Polly Noble's pancakes but instead of nut-based ice cream and stimulating cacao - I made fruit based fillings instead.

Raw food for pets
By Max Tuck, veterinary surgeon
It’s obvious really isn’t it? We know that wild dogs, cats, birds, horses, rodents and rabbits all eat raw food in their natural habitat. And it really isn’t that long ago that we started to domesticate these species for our own pleasure and companionship; certainly not long enough ago for them to have “adapted” to eat cooked food.

Wild Food Cafe - Neals Yard - London
I’m in London just now – you’re keeping up with my whereabouts I trust? Not in a stalky way, you’re not like that. Unlike my other stalker, who actually turned out to be a great friend. That’s not an invitation to stalk me, just sayin’ you know, it can happen. Can’t it? Probably shouldn’t actively encourage stalkerisation on the blog. Mum, I’m ok.

Raw Parenting Creates Healthy Children
By Karen Ranzi
In May 1990, our second child was born. The birth was very difficult and there were complications. The main complication was shoulder distosia. My son’s head had already made its entrance into the world, but the midwives became exasperated at their attempts to release his large shoulders, and frantically gave me an episiotomy to help give birth to my child.

What to do when your child is sick - Karen Ranzi
When growing up on the animal food based standard American diet, I was often sick. When I was suffering, usually with bronchitis, tonsillitis, strep throat or the flu, my mother unintentionally caused the illness to get worse, which only kept me in bed longer because she would feed me scrambled eggs and toast, feeling that I needed to be “well fed” when ill.
